A manager will have access to setup the specific questions based on 4 question types.

1. First Questions: These will be the first questions that will be asked to a prospect or customer when doing a visit.

2. Active Questions: These will be the active questions that will be asked to a customer when doing a visit.

3. Prospect Questions: These will be the first question that will be asked to a prospect when doing a visit.

4. General Question: These will be the questions that will be asked to a prospect or customer after they have been asked the first question as well as the prospect or customer question, depending on their status.

General Questions will be the only question type that will get continiously asked on visits.

If a prospect changes status to a customer, they will be asked the customer questions on their next visit and then move to general.
